Product packaging, bottle design, color, or appearance may vary slightly from the photos shown due to lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.

JR Fragrances is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, connected to, or endorsed by any fragrance brand or manufacturer. All trademarks, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We reserve the right to update product information, change prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from JR Fragrances. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled if:

The item is unavailable

The order appears fraudulent

Payment cannot be verified

The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

The product was listed with an error in price or description

We will attempt to contact you using the email, phone number, or billing information provided at checkout if there is an issue with your order.

SECTION 4: PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

JR Fragrances reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or product information.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Fragrances are shipped by ground transportation due to carrier restrictions on alcohol based fragrance products.

Expedited, overnight, air, and international shipping are not currently available for fragrance orders.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. JR Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into one shipment when possible.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

SECTION 6: LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, JR Fragrances is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly handled packages after delivery. Please check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, front desks, mailrooms, or your local carrier before contacting us.

We will still do our best to help, but delivered packages are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.

SECTION 7: DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide photos of:

The shipping box

The shipping label

The product packaging

The damaged item

After reviewing the photos, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or help with a carrier claim depending on the situation.

Damage claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

SECTION 8: RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Fragrances may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Opened, sprayed, used, damaged, or altered products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers must contact JR Fragrances before sending any return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

SECTION 9: CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only before the order has shipped or before a shipping label has been purchased.

Once a shipping label has been purchased or the order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

All JR Fragrances website content, including text, logos, images, graphics, designs, and branding created by JR Fragrances, belongs to JR Fragrances unless otherwise stated.
