Return and Refund Policy

Fragrances may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging, and within a week of the delivery date.

Opened, sprayed, used, damaged, or altered products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Customers must contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the shipping box, shipping label, product packaging, and damaged item.

After reviewing the photos, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or help with a carrier claim depending on the situation.

Damaged order claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the order has shipped or before a shipping label has been purchased.

Once a shipping label has been purchased or the order has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.
