Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible fragrance orders within the United States. Fragrances are shipped by ground transportation due to carrier restrictions. Expedited, overnight, air, and international shipping are not currently available. Multiple orders placed by the same customer may be combined into one shipment when possible.

Lost Packages

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can help review the tracking and assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, JR Fragrances is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly handled packages after delivery. Please check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, apartment office, or local carrier before contacting us.

We will still do our best to help, but delivered packages are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement.
